An apparatus for correcting and improving a human body is provided to be positively utilized for the correction and the treatment of physical constitution, arthropathy and deformation as well as the correction of a posture. An apparatus for correcting and improving a human body corrects the human body by using the pressure of the bottom of a sole of a foot, and has protruding portions and depressed portions formed thereon relative to the bottom surface of the sole of the foot. The apparatus for correcting a human body is a shoe insole consisting of an upper plate, a middle plate, a lower plate and insertion members that are inserted into the holes of the middle plate. The protruding portions and the depressed portions are formed by the difference in the heights of the insertion member and the middle plate.
