FIELD: mechanical engineering; gas-turbine engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed gas-turbine engine has body, compressor, combustion chamber, igniter, liquid supply system and turbine. Body is provided with cover sealing compressor suction. Liquid supply system serves to deliver and atomize water at compressor suction. Compressor is made for building vacuum in sealed part of body at compressor suction, turning atomized water into steam, compressing steam with its temperature rise and delivery of steam into combustion chamber. Igniter is made in form of electric arc electrodes. Electrodes are installed in combustion chamber with possibility of supply of direct current to electrodes and striking and extinction of arc. One of arc electrodes in made in form of funnel. ^ EFFECT: increased economy and improved ecology and efficiency. |
