An air permeable wall buffer material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to flow water, moisture, and bubble liquid into the wall buffer material by installing flowing loading parts at a front part of a base and to increase waterproof efficiency. A base(10) includes air vent parts(11), flowing loading parts(14) installed at a front part(12) of the base, release agents layered on the flowing loading pars, and adhesives coated on the release agents. The flowing loading parts include a plurality of extension holes and are extended with length corresponding to the horizontal directions of the front part. Water, moisture, and bubble liquid transferred to the bubble concrete layer are flowed to the air vent parts. The finishing mortars and the floor decorative materials are prevented from being moved and corroded. An adhesive(30) is coated on a release agent(20).
