A rotation grinding apparatus and a method for manufacturing an STL cone structure of an LNG regasification ship are provided to improve reliability of docking by precisely forming an upper ring and a lower ring. A rotation grinding apparatus for manufacturing an STL cone structure of an LNG regasification ship comprises a base(510), a rotation support(520), at least one rotation arm, and grinding tools(542, 562). The base is positioned inside the STL cone structure to be fixed on the bottom. The rotation support is vertically installed at the base to be rotated. The at least one rotation arm whose end is adjacent to at least one portion of the STL cone structure is connected to the rotation support. The grinding tools, which are installed near an end of the rotation arm, grind at least one portion of the STL cone structure. The one rotation arm has a lower rotation arm and an upper rotation arm corresponding to a lower ring and an upper ring of the STL cone structure having a surplus portion to be processed. |
