A structure for mounting a door side weatherstrip of a vehicle is provided to easily close a door of the vehicle by connecting an electromagnetic movable module to an insert core of the weatherstrip. A door side weatherstrip mounting structure comprises a tube for sealing a door. A trim unit(124) supports the tube. An insert core(126), which includes metal material, is provided in the trim unit to reinforce the trim unit. A plurality of vent holes(122a) are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance in the tube, and serve as a buffer. An electromagnetic movable module(130) is connected with the insert core to control the supply of the electromagnetic force. The electromagnetic movable module includes a detection sensor(132) and a controller(134), which applies the electromagnetic force to the insert core based on a signal from the detection sensor.
