Cosmetic composition (I), for the treatment of keratinous fibers such as human hair, in the form of aerosol comprises a lambda carrageenan type polysaccharide and carbon dioxide as a propellant, in a medium. An independent claim is included for a process for cosmetic treatment comprising applying (I) on keratinous fibers, such as the hair.
