FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for preparing fresh garlic for storage with its subsequent usage in cosmic nutrition. The inspected garlic at the preset mode parameters should be cleaned with ethanol solution, divided into cloves, washed with ethanol solution to be then kept in suspension of the preparation obtained out of Pythium gracile micromycete biomass according to the preset technique and dried. Then garlic cloves should be cleaned with ethanol solution followed by ultraviolet irradiation to be then packed per 5 cloves into cigarette paper and put into polymer trays. The innovation enables to deliver garlic onto cosmic object with subsequent storage there for 45 d and usage in cosmic nutrition. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of preparation. ^ 1 ex |
