<p>A cell handoff method and user equipment based on TDD system, wherein, the method comprises: A. UE measures the prior channel that received from located cell and adjacent cell according to measure control message, and reports the measure result to RNC. B. When the target cell that needs to handoff to has different timeslot usable resource from original cell, transmitting cell handoff command to UE and assigning usable resource for the UE in the target cell, transmitting the service loading data of the UE to the original cell and the target cell. C. Upon the UE received handoff command, communicating with the original cell and the target cell in the same frame at the same time according to the assigned usable resource. The present invention enable the UE reliably receive handoff control command of RNC transmitted, and reducing transmission power and interference, ensuring the reliably handoff between UEs and improving the system capability.</p> |
