A waist hem of pants is provided to prevent the falling down or separation of pants by using a unit made at a low cost such as an adhesive portion through simple manipulation. A waist hem of pants prevents the falling down of the pants. The thickness of the waist hem(3) of the pants is able to be adjusted optionally. The waist hem of the pants prevents the separation of the hem of upper clothes that is interposed between the pants. Adhesive portions(5) are formed along the circumferences of the inner walls and the outer walls of the inner and outer pants. The adhesive portion forms any one of a protruding stick, a protrusion, a protruding frame, a brand mark or a logogram of a manufacturing company.
