The present invention relates to a device and a process for preparing simultaneously double-sided coated substrates of long length (4) in continuous manner by wet chemical processes such as MOD wherein for the simultaneous deposition of the layers on both sides of the substrate of long length (4) a dip-coating unit is used with vertical set-up of the coating container (1) and e. g. the furnace (2).
