摘要 A communication system, a communication method, an MS and a BS used for the same are provided to reduce a use rate of radio resources necessary for CQI(Channel Quality Indicator) notification, thereby reducing overhead in an uplink channel and improving the efficiency of a radio source use for uplink channel data transmission. A communication system measures the communication channel quality of at least one RB of a communication band in a downlink channel divided into plural RBs(Resource Blocks) in an MS(Mobile Station) and transmits the measurement result to a BS(Base Station) as communication channel quality information through an uplink channel. The MS comprises a unit which represents the communication channel quality of the at least one RB, which is the measurement result, by relative value information in a frequency direction, and transmits the communication channel quality to the BS as the communication channel quality information at a first timing; and a unit which represents the communication channel quality of the least one RB, which is the measurement result, by relative value information in a time direction for the RB before a second timing, and transmits the communication channel quality to the BS as the communication channel quality information at the second timing.
