THE PRODUCT METHOD AND THE TILE TO BE MADE FROM LOESS

A method for preparing a wall tile is provided to obtain the wall tile which is able to radiate far-infrared rays, have deodorizing, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal effects and make the interior living environment pleasant by using loess and natural materials as raw materials of the tile. A method for preparing a wall tile comprises the steps of: (a) inputting 20-40 wt.% of natural loess powder, 5-20 wt.% of natural clay, 10-20 wt.% of sand, 15-25 wt.% of white cement, and 10-30 wt.% of powdery blast furnace in sequence and then mixing them; (b) adding water prepared by a loess water purification system to the mixture in a weight ratio of 0.5-1.0:1 and then kneading it; (c) pouring the kneading in a molding frame to mold it into a tile shape; and (d) after removing water from the molding frame, drying it in the shade for 5-9 days to cure the tile.
