A wire supplying apparatus is provided to prevent damage of a wire and related components by up and down motion of a cover even if the wire is suspended to the cover. A wire supplying apparatus includes a shelf(30), a supporting plate(16), a casing(11), a bobbin, and a guide ring(34). The shelf is provided with a rail(31). The supporting plate is mounted at the rail on the shelf and is installed to be movable horizontally. The casing is installed at the supporting plate. The bobbin is mounted in the casing and winds a wire. The guide ring guides the wire unwound from the bobbin. The bobbin is provided with a bottom surface and a supporting body vertically installed on the bottom surface. The casing is provided with a suspending projection and a supporting bar(15). The supporting bar is installed at the supporting plate to support the casing.
