A process for preparation of organo-mineral fertilizer from waste of water conditioning of TPP and bird dung, in which the slime is dehydrated on automatic chambered filter presses to the 40 % content of moisture and final dried to 10 % of moisture in drying unit by air, warmed in regenerative air heater by the heat of used boiler gases, the bird dung is mixed with water 1 : 1 by process of barbotage with removal of solid impurities, the purified pulp is evaporated in evaporative devices with simultaneous decontamination from pathogenic flora and helminth eggs, the evaporated pulp is dryed by spraying in tower, dried to 14 % of moisture bird dung and slime with moisture of 10 % are given by dosers in ratio 1 : 1 or 1 : 3 to the mixer and packed. |
