It comprises two solid disks, arranged at a distance one from each other, the lower of which has a lesser diameter than the upper one, on the generatix surfaces of which with a pitch along the lengths of circles thereof the ends of extension springs are fixed, forming the conical surface and arranged at angles to the vertical line.
