A robot cleaner with eccentric weight center is provided to improve cleaning efficiency by allowing the cleaning robot to pass over a doorsill or an uneven part smoothly. A robot cleaner with eccentric weight center comprises a housing, a driving wheel assembly, a brush(30), a suction unit(40), a suction duct assembly(50), and a battery(60). A cover of the housing can be separated to install different units. The driving wheel assembly has a wheel and a wheel motor(22) supplying driving force to the wheel. The brush is arranged at the rear part of the driving wheel assemblies. The suction unit is located at the outer part of the housing, and collects dust from the brush and a suction port of the housing. The suction duct assembly is connected to the suction unit to collect dust forcedly. The battery, supplying power to each unit, is located at a front center of the housing to eccentrically arrange the weight center of the housing. The wheel motor of the driving wheel assembly is eccentrically located at the front of the wheel through a bracket.
