METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF ADJUVANT CHEMOTHERAPY OF NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER

摘要

Method for prediction of effectiveness of adjuvant chemotherapy of non-small lung cancer includes study of factor evidences of ontological process and formation of conclusion on basis of norm. Additionally as factor evidences of oncological process one studies histological type of new growth, N-status and treatment pathomorphosis of growth, expression of oncoproteine p53, one evaluates those by means of scores together with foreseen variant of chemotherapy and type of operation performed. One calculates current index of critical state. As norm one uses its limit equivalent. At formation of conclusion one determines aggressiveness of growth and predicts possibility of implementation of adjuvant chemotherapy with three-year term of patient’s life, if value of current index of critical state exceeds value of its limit equivalent. At that index of critical state and its limit equivalent are calculated on basis of mathematical identity.
