Method for evaluation of state of activity of acid phosphates of neutrophils includes registration of date of investigation, sampling of capillary blood, preparation of smear, its quick drying, incubation of smear with substrate-buffer mix of naphtol-as-phosphate, washing with isotonic solution of sodium chloride, additional dying with Romanovskyi-Gimza dye, washing is fresh water, during of smear and its microscopic study; determination of activity of ferment by intensity of blue diffuse-granulated dying of cytoplasm, calculation in 100 neutrophils of activity of acid phosphatase of blood sample, comparison of patient’s data to characteristics of that ferment in population. Additionally one determines respective activity of acid phosphatase by formula:, (1)where. KH– respective activity of KH in person under investigation, %;KH - activity of KH in person under investigation, a.u.;35 – annual average activity of ferment in population, a.u.;5,23 – constant coefficient of year month;х– number of the month of the year,. by its value one makes conclusion on state of activity of acid phosphatase in person under investigation. |
