A method for buying a lottery ticket jointly and distributing prize money is provided to purchase the lottery ticket by making each buyer scan/transmit lottery ticket information to a server and distribute the prize money to the joint buyers by providing more prize money to the joint buyers inputting the lottery ticket information close to a time based on joining time order. A buyer logs in to the server and a buyer computer transmits a lottery ticket image file scanning the lottery ticket to the server(S102). The lottery ticket image file is converted into data through a character recognition process(S103). The converted data and member information are sequentially stored in the server according to the time order(S104). Winners are selected by drawing of a lottery ticket institution, and the prize money is distributed according to a distribution rule based on the winners(S105). The winner remits a part of the prize money to a server management company and the server management company remits the received partial prize money to the joint winners according to the distribution rule(S106). |
