A heating room insulation structure for a UV(ultraviolet) ray hardening and drying apparatus is provided to prevent a burn of a worker and to reduce power consumption by improving insulation efficiency and preheating outside air using partitioning walls installed in zigzag. A heating room insulation structure for a UV ray hardening and drying apparatus including a UV ray lamp and a blower inside the heating room, comprises the followings: an isolation wall(10) forming a heating room of a UV ray hardening and drying apparatus, including an outer wall(12) formed with a blowing hole(12a) at a side connected with the blower(F) to blow outside air, and an inner wall(14) installed inside the outer wall to be separated, with a supply hole(14a) to supply the outside air from the blowing hole to an inside of the heating room; and partitioning walls(20) installed zigzag between the inner and the outer wall, to form an air flowing path. The partitioning wall is bended to a zigzag shape.
