An exhaust turbo super charger for an internal combustion engine is provided to cool effectively hot components of a turbine of an exhaust turbo super charger by integrating channels into an inlet housing and a diffuser. An exhaust turbo super charger for an internal combustion engine, includes a turbine and a compressor. The turbine includes an inlet housing(10), a nozzle ring(11), a turbine rotor(12), and a diffuser(13). The inlet housing, the nozzle ring and the diffuser define one ring channel(20). One or more channels(21) are integrated in the inlet housing, and the channel connects the ring channel to the periphery of the turbine. One or more channels(22) are integrated in a cover ring(15) for defining the turbine rotor radially outwardly. The channel connects the ring channel to a part(19) of the exhaust flow channel provided by the diffuser.
