<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for removing a disturbing signal by which the disturbing signals included in input signals are simply removed. <P>SOLUTION: Signals C3, S3 obtained by shifting a signal C1 and its orthogonal signal S1 in a shift direction specified by a control part 130A by shift frequency are generated, based on the signals C1, S1, a local oscillation signal C2 having the shift frequency specified by the control part 130A and its orthogonal signal S2. Then, presence/absence of the disturbing signals in frequency bands corresponding to fixed frequency bands in the signals C1, S1 is detected by detecting the fixed frequency bands in the signals C3, S3 by extracting them by a fixed filter. Either a pair of the signals C1, S1 or a pair of signals obtained by removing signal components corresponding to the fixed frequency bands from the pair of signals C1, S1 is considered as output signals of the device for removing the disturbing signals, based on a detection result of the presence/absence of the disturbing signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
