PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mold a sealing portion having glass material.

SOLUTION: This optical apparatus comprises a ceramic substrate 3, an LED device 2 mounted on the ceramic substrate 3, first glass material 7 for sealing the LED device 2 on the ceramic substrate 3, and second glass material 8 formed on the first glass material 7 and having metal mold separability higher than that of the first glass material 7. The first glass material 7 on the ceramic substrate 3 side is made not to be brought in contact with the upper metal mold.
