PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a user, not in a waking state, of an information communication terminal provided with an annunciating function to be used for waking the user up etc., has a real possibility of performing erroneous operations, since an operation necessary for stopping the annunciating function is performed with an operation unit, though the annunciating function to be used for waking the user up etc., is included in the functions of the information communication terminal. SOLUTION: A notice operation at time to be determined in the annunciating function is controlled, by using an information communication terminal having a sensor for detecting a shake of the information communication terminal. Moreover, a controller of the information communication terminal performs various controls with respect to the notice operation, by dividing vibration information detected by the sensor into various patterns.
