A sub-frame structure in an automobile is provided to increase the total structural rigidity of the side member by connecting bonded parts of a front member, a rear member, and two side members with joints, and to reduce the number of parts by assembling the brackets with the joints. A sub-frame structure in an automobile connects front ends of a front member(1), a rear member(2), and two side members(3) of a sub frame with a square shape by a plurality of joints(4a,4b,4c,4d) manufactured with different materials from each member. Each member is manufactured by steel through an injection forming process. Each joint is manufactured by aluminum through a casting process. Two joints among the joints are formed with suspension arm combining parts(4ba,4ca) integrally.
