<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transformer capable of preventing breakage of an insulating gate bipolar transistor due to static electricity. <P>SOLUTION: The power transformer has the insulating gate bipolar transistor and a protective circuit in its inside.
