PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two component developer which is fixed at a sufficient fixing strength even by low temperature fixing, and in which each toner is charged at high uniformity over a long period, so as to form an image of a satisfactory picture over a long period. SOLUTION: The two component developer is composed of: each toner at least comprising a binding resin, a coloring agent and a releasing agent; and each carrier obtained by dispersing magnetic fine powder into a binding resin. The releasing agent comprised in each toner has a melting point of 60 to 100°C, and also has a dynamic viscosity of 4 to 20 mm<SP>2</SP>/s. Further, each carrier has a shape coefficient SF-1 of 1.0 to 1.2 and a shape coefficient SF-2 of 1.1 to 2.5, and its median diameter based on volume is 10 to 100μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
