PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deterioration in the property of a pressure sensor by impulses generated on the occasion of mounting a metal bracket onto a member for the bracket to be mounted on, in a pressure sensor mounting structure which keeps the pressure sensor fastened on the metal bracket with screws, and moreover the metal bracket fixed onto the member. SOLUTION: A cushioning member 220 composed of a rubber ring or the like for absorbing the impulses generated when the metal bracket 200 is mounted onto the member for the bracket to be mounted on, is interposed between the pressure sensor S1 and the metal bracket 200 at a portion where axial tensions by fastening with a bolt 60 and a first nut 100 are applied, and fastening with the bolt 60 and the nut 100 is performed via this cushioning member 220.
