PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle locking device which can be installed in a small space, which can reduce a parking space for one vehicle, and which can simplify installation work. SOLUTION: This vehicle locking device comprises a casing 10 which is buried in a parking lot, and a locking member 11 which is housed in the casing 10. The locking member 11 is formed in such an arcuate shape that an undersurface side becomes protrusive in a state in which the locking member is housed in the casing in a side view. A driving means 20 is provided to the casing 10. The driving means 20 makes the locking member 11 slide along the arc shape, and makes the locking member 11 displaced between a housed state and the protruding state of being erected in the parking lot by protruding from the casing 10.
