ANTIMICROBIAL COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antimicrobial composition comprising a clathrate in which 10-undecyn-1-ol or AITC (allyl isothiocyanate) is included in cyclodextrin. SOLUTION: The clathrate obtained by including the 10-undecyn-1-ol or AITC in the cyclodextrin has an antimicrobial activity sustained over a long period.
