摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a vehicle enabling a driver to understand a sense of distance to an obstacle or a direction of steering shift at a glance.

SOLUTION: The display device for a vehicle is provided with a blind spot photographing means 3 for photographing a driver's blind spot to be formed by a body member 28, and a display means 5 for displaying a blind spot video image (c) photographed by the blind spot photographing means 3 to the driver. The device is provided with a compositing means for compositing a semi-transparent body model 11 transmitting the body member 28 from the driver side with the blind spot region video image (c) photographed by the blind spot photographing means 3.
