<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring nozzle in which flowing-in of air bubbles in the passage of the coloring nozzle is prevented at the stopping of liquid dropping of the colorant. <P>SOLUTION: The coloring nozzle attached to a coloring device to color an electric wire is constituted of an insertion member to house a colorant and a nozzle 54, or the like, connected to the insert member. The nozzle 54 comprises a first nozzle member 37 arranged on the insertion member side, a second nozzle member 50 positioned on the electric wire side, and a connection pipe 51 for connecting these nozzle members 37, 50. The second nozzle member 50 comprises a second large-diameter part 151, which is arranged closer to the first nozzle member 37 and has a smaller inside diameter than the first nozzle member 37; a small-diameter part 152 which is arranged at the electric wire side, farther than the second large-diameter part 151 and has an inside diameter smaller than that of the second large-diameter part 151; and a first large-diameter part 153, which is arranged closer to the electric wire side than the small-diameter part 152 and has an inside diameter larger than that of the small-diameter part 152, and its inner face is formed into a level-difference shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
