<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management program, a document management system, and an access right setting method, capable of automatically setting an access right for allowing every person concerned requiring a document to access the document stored in a document management server. <P>SOLUTION: The access right setting method includes a step for a mail server 200 to analyze received e-mail to extract a document identifier, a step for transmitting the extracted document identifier and address information on the e-mail to the document management server 100, and a step for setting an access right by the document management server 100 so that a user corresponding to the transmitted address information can access a document indicated by the transmitted document identifier. With the mechanism, in a process in which e-mail for informing of the presence of a document is transferred in a chain, the access right is automatically set so that every person concerned requiring the document can access the document. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
