PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of performing efficient heat exchange without requiring enlarging a deicing water tank. SOLUTION: A guide member 68 inside which a downstream area 66 inclined downward toward the deicing water tank such that deicing water can flow down is sectioned is disposed outside the deicing water tank in a state that an open end 40 faces the inside of the deicing water tank 26. A heat exchange part 64 led from a refrigeration system of an automatic ice making machine is meanderingly disposed inside the downstream area 66. A deicing water supply means 70 supplying the deicing water of the deicing water tank pumped up through a heat-exchanging pump into the downstream area 66 is disposed on an upstream end 46 side of the downstream area 66. The deicing water supplied through the deicing water supply means 70 is heat-exchanged with the heat exchange part 64 while flowing down through the downstream area 66, is heated, and is returned to the deicing water tank.
