PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film which, with a simple structure, can suppress the cracks of a functional film prepared on the film and which is useful for electronic devices such as organic EL, solar cell, liquid crystal, electronic paper and electronic circuit. SOLUTION: Provided are a thin film substrate provided with a functional film 1 such as a transparent conductive film, barrier film, photocatalytic functional film, AR film, LR film and silicone film, and a film as functioning to give stiffness.
