PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device and an endoscope control device by which a control element such as a joystick becomes easily controllable even in moving the same in a direction leaving away from a grip part. SOLUTION: A neutral position (N position) at the center of a rotation range of a stick shaft 61 of a joy stick device 45 which is mounted on a main body part 52 of a remote control part 12 and is turnable around a rotation support point O is set in an inclination angleθinclined in a predetermined angle toward a grip part 51 to place the joy stick device 45 inclined toward the grip part 51. Thereby an operator can easily get his/her fingers at the stick shaft 61 of the joy stick device 45 even in a condition in which the operator is gripping the grip part 51.
