An oscillator circuit and an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device using the same are provided to reduce the number of printed patterns by generating internally clock signals. An oscillator circuit includes a buffer circuit(411), first, second, and third resistors(R1,R2,R3), and a capacitor(C1). The buffer circuit includes first and second inverters. One end of the first resistor is connected to an output of the first inverter. One end of the second resistor is connected to the other end of the first resistor and the other end of the second resistor is connected to an input of the first inverter. One end of the third resistor is connected to the input of the first inverter and the other end of the third resistor is connected to the output of the second inverter. The capacitor is connected to the one end of the second resistor.
