PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire vulcanizing apparatus which prevents drain from remaining by effectively and quickly removing the drain generated in a bladder when the bladder is decompressed/contracted and a deterioration in the quality of a vulcanized tire caused by the residual drain and can produce tires in high vulcanization efficiency (tire productivity). SOLUTION: In the tire vulcanizing apparatus for vulcanizing the tires in the presence of a pressurized/heated heating medium by using the expanding/contracting bladder 1, a lower part clamp ring cover 3 is formed above a lower part clamp ring 2, the clearance formed between the lower part clamp ring cover 3 and the lower part clamp ring 2 is formed as an exhaust air conduit 5 connecting from the root part of the bladder to the exhaust opening 4 of the lower part clamp ring, and the heating medium drain generated when the bladder 1 is decompressed is discharged from the exhaust air conduit 5.
