<p>The invention concerns a device for protecting a circuit or part of an electronic circuit located in an inaccessible region. The device is characterized in that it comprises a photoconnector which treats the component or electronic circuit by material deposition or ionic implantation and comprises: a first light source (10) which can generate pulsed light energy; at least one optical waveguide (4) with a first end secured to the first light source; at least one second light source (2b) secured to a second end of the optical waveguide in order to receive the light energy emitted by the first source and convert it into a shock wave; and at least one miniaturized photoionic head associated with the second light source in order to diffuse the light supplied by the second light source. The device further comprises an automatic system (8) for checking the emission of light energy from the first source.</p> |
