PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder which can utilize the characteristics of drinkability and portability as a jelly medicine, can secure the stability and quality of an internal medicine and jelly itself, can have functions such as sustained releasability and enteric property, and can be changed into a jelly material in a short time only by adding water without needing operations such as warming or heating operations when used and without requiring a cooling operation. SOLUTION: One or more of pectin, sodium alginate, carrageenan, xanthan gum, locust bean gum, guar gum and tara gum dissolvable in cold water are used to obtain a jelly medicine extemporaneously prepared.
