PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem on a roundabout of a magnetic flux owing to a grounding electrode of a circuit board without increasing a thickness dimension of a casing of a portable electronic device, and to improve an assembling workability and a shock-resistant property. SOLUTION: By use of a magnetic body core 10 provided with collars 12, 13 at both ends of a core 11, electrodes 15, 16 are formed on an inner face of the collar 12, and both ends of a conductor wound on the core 11 are connected to the electrodes 15, 16. This magnetic body core 10 is accommodated in a resin case 31 and spring terminals 21, 22 are forced, whereby the spring terminals 21, 22 are connected to the electrodes 15, 16 by insulation displacement. A resin cover 32 is fitted to an opening of the resin case 31. The thus-configured antenna coil device is disposed outside of an occupied area of the circuit board in the casing with an axial direction of the magnetic body core 10 being directed perpendicular to the circuit board in the casing.
