PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic member which hardly causes deformation even when the elastic member is continuously used for a long time when the member is used for, for example, a pressing member and can prevent the adhesion to a peeling member without causing swelling by a lubricant. SOLUTION: The elastic member formed by applying a fluororubber layer 83 contained with lubricative particles, such as fluororesin particles etc., onto a silicone rubber layer 82 is 1 to 10 MPa in storage elastic modulus (G') at 150°C.
