The method for production of ground wood, comprises mechanically separating ground wood fibers individually/in groups from circumference of tree-trunk (1), and carrying out separating tool (2) in circumferential direction of tree-trunk for the movement of separation. Means (3) is used for heating the tree-trunk, which is heated up to 100[deg]C. The heating is carried out in such a way that the temperature in the center of the tree-trunk is lower than at its extent. A work surface (5) of a rotary grinding stone (4) has roughness for grinding production. The mechanical separation of the fiber material is carried out in a pulp grinder, in which the tree-trunk is pressed against the rotary grinding stone. The rotary grinding stone has a cylindrical form and the circumferential surface serves as work surface. The tree-trunk, which can be grinded, is conveyed continuously in the range of the grinding stone. The heating of the tree-trunk is carried out in a heat chamber, from which the heated tree-trunk is conveyed to the grinding zone of the pulp grinder by transport means. The heating of tree-trunk is carried out with the help of microwaves during mechanical separation of the fibers. The tree-trunk has a diameter of 70-400 mm. A microwave radiation is used with a frequency between 20-30 MHz. The produced ground wood is converted to writing paper or printing paper and cardboard.
|
