<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress misjudging of opening/closing abnormality of an exhaust valve in a fuel cell system equipped with a variable gas supply device. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 1 comprises a fuel cell 2, a supply path 22 in which the fuel gas supplied from a fuel supply source 21 flows to the fuel cell 2, a variable gas supply device 28 which adjusts gas state on the upper stream side of the supply path 22 for supplying it to the lower stream side, a discharge path 23 in which the fuel off gas discharged from the fuel cell 2 flows, and an exhaust valve 31 for discharging the gas in the discharge path 23 to the outside. It also comprises an exhaust abnormality judging means 7 which judges abnormality in opening/closing of the exhaust valve 31 by taking changes in gas supply state from the variable gas supply device 28 into account. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
