<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of image signal processing in the inside in an imaging apparatus or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The image data of a frame unit obtained by imaging are divided into the block data of a prescribed size and a packet storing the block data is formed.
