PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module which can reduce a thermal stress. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module has pairs of thermoelectric conversion elements. A hole is made in at least one of each pair of thermoelectric conversion elements. In the module, a shortest distance (W1) between an end of the hole and an end of another hole closest to the hole, a shortest distance (W2) between an end of the thermoelectric conversion element and the hole provided closest to the end of the thermoelectric conversion element, and a length (L) of the thermoelectric conversion element, satisfy a relation (1). In the relation (1),σ<SB>TE</SB>denotes a breaking strength,αdenotes a linear expansion coefficient, E denotes an elastic modulus, andΔT denotes a temperature difference between the upper and lower sides of the thermoelectric conversion element in its axial direction.
