PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device that allows opening/closing operation of a switch and that of a lid to be linked with each other regardless of a shape of a storage box. SOLUTION: The lighting device 1 has a body 3 while a light emitter 17a is provided inside the body 3. A tilt switch 13 is connected to the light emitter 17a while a main switch 9 is connected to the tilt switch 13. Batteries 5a, 5b, and 5c are connected to the main switch 9 while being connected to the light emitter 17a. The tilt switch 13 turns on/off power by an inclination angle of the body 3. The lighting device 1 is composed so that, when the main switch 9 and the tilt switch 13 are turned on, power is supplied to the light emitter 17a from the batteries 5a, 5b, and 5c in order to light the light-emitting part 17a.
