PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding raw material of an inorganic foamed molded product which is lightweight, inexpensive, heat-resistant and fire resistant and also which has excellent disposability, and to provide the inorganic foamed molded product. SOLUTION: The molding raw material of the inorganic foamed molded product is obtained by dispersing and mixing 50-250 vol.% foamed fine powder of a polymeric molecular weight of a siloxane and a silanol salt obtained by heating and foaming an aqueous solution of the polymeric molecular weight of the siloxane and the silanol salt to 2-15 times at 250-450°C and pulverizing to an average particle diameter of 5-50μm to 100 vol.% aqueous solution of the polymeric molecular weight of the siloxane and the silanol salt. The inorganic foamed molded product is obtained by foaming and molding the molding raw material to 2-15 times by an addition pressure of 10-200 kgf/cm<SP>2</SP>and a heat foaming temperature of 250-450°C.
