PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine which has improved ability to pull in more customers and to which a new entertainment property can be added, a management server and a play method therefor. SOLUTION: A controller provided in the slot machine executes the following processing of: permitting the input of a desired rate when a prescribed condition is satisfied when numerical data are stored in a memory; storing desired rate data indicating the input desired rate in the memory; receiving conversion rate data indicating a conversion rate from the outside; comparing the conversion rate data with the desired rate data stored in the memory and determining whether or not the desired rate has reached the conversion rate every time of receiving the conversion rate data from the outside; and converting the numerical data stored in the memory to credit data when determining that the desired rate has reached the conversion rate.
