HORIZONTAL TYPE DRILLING MACHINE

摘要

A horizontal drilling machine with ability of precise three axis movement is provided to cut a side part of a workpiece easily regardless of side length of the workpiece and to control a location of a drill element precisely by installing an X axis, a Y axis, and a Z axis moving unit. A horizontal drilling machine with ability of precise three axis movement comprises the followings: a drill unit(10) having a spindle unit axle rotated by a motor and a drill element axle attached to the spindle unit, both parallel with a work plate(3); a Z axis moving unit(20) to move the drill unit along a Z axis by a Z axis moving lever(32); a Y axis moving unit(40) to move the drill unit along a Y axis by screw action of a Y axis moving handle(52); an X axis moving unit(60) to move the drill unit along an X axis using rack and pinion action of an X axis moving handle(62); a location detecting sensor unit including an X axis, a Y axis, and a Z axis displacement sensor unit; and an output unit(90) to display information transmitted from the location detecting sensor unit.
